LR6 reactivation problem

Hello.
I have a problem with legally purchased Lightroom 6.
I've had it for years, on two computers. Unfortunately, both computers were reinstalled due to disk failure. I couldn't deactivate the license on these computers, so now I have lost access to LR. The app won't reactivate. Adobe support won't help.
I do not want to buy a subscription for photographers, because I use the application very rarely, usually after the holidays.

Is there any way to fix the Ligthroom?

Ask only for DEACTIVATION of Lr6.

If the agent can't do it, ask for a supervisor and persevere.   Deactivation is all they can help you with because Lr6 is discontinued and unsupported software.

It is happening more often that some Support Staff say it cannot be done, yet others kindly oblige.
