LRC Update fails - Win 10 Enterprise

Just installed LRC 10.3. No problem. Advised of update to 11.2. Initiated update install. Failed. All 'Retry' attempts fail. Advised that it's incompatible!! Nothing has changed on the PC except the installation of a 2Gb NVidia GPU on PCIe bus but Photoshop has no problems whatsoever.

among other specs, you need Windows 10 (64-bit) 1909 or later, Lightroom Classic system requirements (adobe.com)
