Hi, I have swiched to MacPro, do I have to use Mac version of Ps and Ligthroom. Thanks.
If you have an old, old Photoshop that isn't subscription, you can't move it from Windows to Mac, and in this case you would need to take out a subscription.

If you have the subscription to these apps then all you need to do is Install Creative Cloud Desktop app on your new MAC and install the apps using it. The following links will help you

Current CC versions are platform agnostic. As long as you have a subscription, you can install on either or both.
The old CS versions were platform specific.

Photoshop is installed and runs locally on your machine just like it always has. The "cloud" designation just refers to the subscription licensing model As long as the subscription is running, the software checks your license status once a month.
In some of these CC applications your files are stored in the cloud. In most of them, like Photoshop, it's optional. But the application itself is installed on your machine!

if you're using perpetually licensed versions of any software, you must use the installers designed for your computer. with adobe's perpetually licensed (ie, old) software, you can probably still download those installers, but you would need serial numbers for those installers and the adobe mac and pc versions have different serial numbers.
bottomline: per @Test Screen Name, you need to update your software to the current adobe cc (and purchase a photography subscription for $~10/mo, https://creative.adobe.com/plans), or use a windows emulator on your mac and continue to use your old software.
