macbook pro stolen, need to download photoshop to new computer

Is there no such thing as a support download page anymore? My laptop was stolen, and I'm trying to replace my software on the new computer, another macbook pro. I already own photoshop and dreamweaver, just need to download the .dmg again. Have my serial numbers and all that, but it appears I now still have to join the cloud just to ever use them again. Is that right? And, if so, is that right?

So, anybody got a download page up their sleeve? Bought Photoshop in 2012, probably CS6 v.12. Not sure on Dreamweaver.

Any answers?

Please download the CS6 installer from - Download CS6 products and use the serial number while installation.
