After a recent Creative Cloud update I got a report from Malwarebytes of a Trojan in my Creative Cloud log file . . .

Trojan.Small.Gen,

C:\USERS\PETER\APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP\NGLCLIENT_CREATIVECLOUD15.1.LOG,

No Action By User, 13762, 28064, 1.0.32278, , ame, , A6D84B4299A4F0C5BF822467F16972C4, 8774D7659C9101653881957802B9FA0894F153F89DAE90070A9894EB127CDC5F

...it didn't find any other Malware on my system.   I quarantined it but what does this mean?

Thanks in advance.

It means Malwarebytes gave you a False Positive.

Are you speculating or is there some way I could confirm that?

There have been many instances of MBAM givimg false positives for Adobe downloads. It doesn't like where Adobe is accesssing information for the log.
