Mensagem de Erro para acesso limitado aos aplicativos e serviços adobe

olá pessoal, eu acabei de assinar a adobe, porem no CC esta aparecendo uma mensagem de erro. Ela me leva para um aplicativo Adobe Limited porem ao execuar não resolve o problema

eu já fiz todo o passo a passo.

Executei o aplicativo e no final da a mensagem de 0 host file 

porem ele continua com a mensagem, mesmo fechando e abrindo o CC novamente
