Impossible pour moi de mettre à jour la suite Adobe. J'ai le message « Non compatible ».  

ET quand je veux mettre à jour mon système vers MacOS Catalina, j'ai un message qui me dit «Ce volume n'est pas au format APSF ». Comment faire ?

It sounds like you'll need to reformat your mac hard drive to a compatible format. Please see this article for more info

Mac OS Cataling requires APFS file system. 

Boot into Mac Recovery  and then Change File system or try to convert the Macintosh HD file system to APFS format and then try to install Catalina OS.
