Missing Elements 14 serial number

I have got Adobe Elements 14 this was upgraded many years ago from elements 12.

I have built a new computer and have used my ssd drive I have the serial number for 12 but will not except it I only edit the odd family photo please can you help.

Did you install v14 and try to use the serial number for v12 only?

If so, you will need the serial number for v14 and then the serial number for v12 when prompted.

A v12 serial number will ONLY work with v12, not v14

You must find your v14 serial number
