I see that an individual subscription allows for 2 computer installs and 1 at a time use. What about mobile installs like iPhones and iPads? Is there a limit on installs and use for mobile devices?

Is there an allotment difference if we purchased for teacher/student use or is the allotment the same and that is price discount only?

there's no limit on mobile installations.

and regarding desktop installations, you can install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud on as many computers as you own and use it to install all (or some, if you want) of your cc subscription programs.

the only (insignificant for internet connect computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers at any one time. because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier.

education license storage is spelled-out here, Adobe Creative Cloud for students and teachers | Adobe Creative Cloud
