Mojave CS6 (not CC) install, Adobe Support Advisor no longer available

Community Beginner ,

Hi Community,

Got an install link from Adobe folks for my CS6 to install in a new (Mojave) computer from Adone folks earlier today since my order history no longer shows up in my account.

At install, and before getting to input my serial numbers to complete the install, I'm getting the message I need Adobe Support Advisor - except it is apparently no longer available?

Is there a workaround? Or other link etc?

Can't do CC subscription (recent earthquake here in Alaska trashed our house, my trusty old MacBook Pro, finances), and, having paid for the original version(s)/upgrades all the way until CS6/CC arrived, on principle, would prefer using my CS6.

I've read there are bugs continuing this way, - but have also read on the forums here folks are finding ways to work through them, even fix 'em.

I'm not entirely computer savvy at this time, (earthquake does whacky things to one's brain), but can follow simple steps/link help, and really need my programs online for work.

Thank you for your help!

akcol

-this is about CS6 (which is from 2012) but it will probably apply to other programs of that age

-Apple did not maintain backward compatibility with old programs in El Capitan or newer o
