Do anyone know that monthly payment is charged 5 days earlier of subscription date? For example, if subscription date is July 15, 2017, next charge date will be August 10, 2017. However, I cannot find such term in any document.

Hi Hannah,
I have checked your account and I apologize for the workflow as I see that you were charged earlier than the actual date.
I have escalated the concern to get the details about the charge so that I can update you.
Appreciate your patience.

Sheena

Hi Hannah,
I have got the information below:
Digital River charge customer five days before the plan expiration date for the first payment and thereafter you will be billed on the usual date.
Example: If subscription order is placed on tenth, then the “Plan Renewal Date” will be fifth of the next month. Going forward customer is charged on every fifth of the month for their subsequent renewals.
Let me know if this helps!

Sheena

Dear Sheena,
Thanks for your reply. I would like to have the following points to be clarified:
1. Is Digital River a collection agent on behalf of Adobe?
2. The interest earned monthly, for the period from collection date to renewed date, is income under which companies? Compareone to little amount of my from individual customer, this is a huge amount of income from all customers;
3. Do Adobe know such arrangement?
4. I do expect such kind of arrangement should be explicitly stated in Legal subscription terms.
Regards,
Hannah

Hi Hannah,
I'm being charged more for this month of August, I happened to used my laptop when my desktop was being repaired. So can you please make changes to my bill, I got my desktop back and I have removed "Kerygma" from my account already?
Regards,
Arne

Non-sense just throw the terms to us. You just show us that there is NO such term to charge 5 days earlier than monthly subscription date.
