Moving Adobe master Collection CS6 to new computer

A few years ago a friend gifted me an Adobe CS6 master collection, and he installed it himself on my current laptop. I'm getting a new laptop, same 64 bit, same operating system.

Is there any way I can move my license to the new laptop? Would i have to install all the programs in the package individually for this?

Also, is there any way I can recover the product key? Or see it within the program? I can't currently find my friend to ask them for the product key. Is it by chance the same as the serial number I get in System info (within the open program screen, under Help)?

One final question, if I manage to get the license on the new laptop, do I need to deactivate it on the old one? I've found some posts that said a license can be activated on two computers at a time.

1 - you may not move the programs, you MUST do a fresh install

2 - without an official transfer you are not allowed to use the programs

-you may NOT sell or transfer an Education serial number
-you also may NOT sell/transfer if you used a program as the basis to buy an upgrade at a reduced price

you can use belarc to recover the serial number, http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

then start the install (you may need to use compatibility mode) on your new computer, and enter the serial number when prompted. at that point there are a few problems that appear.  if you encounter one, copy and paste a screenshot of it.
