Multiple AdobeIDs - need to cancel or change them and can't reach support

Hi,

 

I've tried to reach support but the contact button doens't work. Instead, the main suport site prompts me to ask my question here. I'm trying to reach Adobe support, but I'm not having any luck.

 

I have multiple AdobeIDs being charged to my credit card. I want to determine the Adobe IDs and the products associated with each Adobe ID and change or cancel as needed.

 

Any help?

To check which product is assigned to which Adobe ID you have to login with the appropriate ID.

To mamgae a subscription take a look here:

To cancel a subscription take a look here:

If thi doesn't help <ou have to contact the Adobe support. This is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support.
