Multiple bugs with Creative Cloud

Over the past week I have been experiencing mulitple bugs with Creative Cloud. Firstly I could not open Lightroom Classic as I was getting a message saying my account could not be verified. After several restarts this resolved itself. Then I started to get messages every day saying Creative Cloud can't update apps and I need to do it manually. Now the most annonying thing is the continual pop-up messages I am getting saying 'Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?' The details of this message say it is issued to adobe.io and issued by DigiCert TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 valid from 12/05/22 to 13/06/23.

I have tried updating the date and time and my computer - has not worked.

I am running Windows 10 64bit and would very much like to be able to get rid of these annoying pop-ups. Please can someone give me a fix!

Thanks

Vivien

I have tried all the suggestions in that post to no avail. I am still getting constant pop-ups for this error. I would really like a solution to this or I will have to cancel my subscription.

Vivien, did you try the suggestions offered by Kglad when you posted previously in 2020 at https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/creative-cloud-continuously-in-need-of-r...

Are you still using the same computer from that post?  Were you able to ever resolve the error, or has the Creative Cloud desktop app regularly been damaged or disabled on the computer for the last two years?

Jeff - thanks for your response. The problem from two years ago was resolved - although I can't remember now how - but everything has been working fine since then until these latest issues started a couple of weeks ago. This batch of problems started after some Adobe app updates (can't remember which apps). All have subsequently cleared themselves except for the pop-ups saying 'Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?' These appear at regular intervals regardless of whether I am running any Adobe apps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything but the pop-ups continue. I am still using the same computer.

Thanks - Vivien

I really would appreciate some help with this. I have just uninstalled every Adobe app from my PC and restarted. I then downloaded and installed Creative Cloud and immediately started getting the pop-ups 'Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?' again. This is before I have reinstalled any other apps so it must be a Creative Cloud issue. Please can someone give me a fix for this before I go insane!!

Thanks

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
