My Adobe Premiere Pro CC install will take 22 hours

This is just really terrible.

The setup.exe opens the Creative Cloud which takes an half an hour to update, once it had finished I try to install premiere and it has to update creative cloud again, then I click to install premiere and it takes 13 minutes for the download to take 1%. I'm at 10% right now so at this stage it will take 22 hours to download the whole thing. I had also opened task manager and my PC is experiencing a consistent 0% network usage with an ethernet cable, and the internet must work if I'm using this forum.

Why can't there just be an exe with all the installation files on it like the good old days.

Install restarts if Creative Cloud is closed... so my pc will have to stay on for 22 hours

there are direct downloads of most cc programs but it takes a while for adobe to update to the latest versions, Download Creative Cloud apps

I've already used that link and that now that version is out of date by about a month and is going to take 22hours to update that version.

There's no winning until that page is updated
