My case number is closed before my problem was addressed? The CC icon on the menu bar stopped working many weeks ago. It is giving the following problem. See below. Repair does not work. I had to quit every time.
They told me to download and install the new Desktop app. I did it several times but it would not install. Keep crashing as soon as I enter my PW. Then they closed my case without a solution.
CC subscription is not coming with good support! Since they get their money monthly, they do not seem to have any incentive to update and improve their software. Simple software like the desktop app seems to have collapsed.
Is there a solution for this, please?
