Not to be paranoid - but immediately following and unsuccessful support experience, frustratingly I hung up to deal with the software issue on my own.... only to wake up the next morning to find out my email had been added to hundreds of internet subscriptions... it's hard to believe that the two instances are unrelated... and I must that your wonderful Adobe team for the wonderful Passive-Agressive hit job...

What was your case number?  We can have Adobe staff look into it.

If there's no case number, how did you  hook up with the alleged Adobe support desk?

I'm sure your Adobe chat session had nothing to do with this.   More likely a coincidence

My e-mail address has been exploited  in ways which had nothing to do with Adobe.  My mother's e-mail contact list got hacked and every address it contained was spread all over the world.   Sh*t happens all the time.   Be vigilant, use good anti-virus and anti-spyware apps, and don't ever post your e-mail address in public forums or websites where robots will harvest it and sell it to spammers.
