My free download is asking for an administrator name and password in order to complete download and I do not have one

Hello - I tried downloading the free version of Adobe Reader and it's asking for a administrator name and password to complete the download. I've entered my username and password and it's still not proceeding. Any suggestions?

Which username and password did you enter, the ones for Adobe or the ones for you computer? Most likely it's asking for the system username and password for your computer.
