My legitimate serial number was revoked

Hi, my legitimate (bought from adobe) CS6 Web Premium serial number was revoked and I can not use them anymore. I have my serial number registered and available on my account. I have all the packages and disks with me.
Would you tell me how I can fix this?

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
