My light room shows develop module disabled and says to renew my subscription. well my account has never stopped and my subcription is paid each month with auto pay and appears to be active. I need acces to my all my presets and i am not able to get to them. it has given me a message to redownload the app but that does not down load for me. can you please guide me as to what i need to do to get me back up and running.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://account.adobe.com
then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
