Brooke, how much space is available on the C: drive?  There needs to be sufficient space on the drive containing the operating system for the download and install process to complete, even when choosing a custom install location.

Are you installing Photoshop CC on a computer and network that you own and maintain, Brooke?

Thanks for the update, Brooke.  I would recommend you check the installer log to see if any additional insights can be provided from the error itself.  Disk space errors are almost always accurate, so something is preventing the installer from seeing the available disk space.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html for information on locating and interpreting the errors within the log files.

"Yes, of course I own the computer." Not a silly question. Many people install on a computer owned by their employer, and this can cause problems.

2GB is nothing like enough to do anything at all. You need tens of GB free at least, wherever you install the software.
