Recently graduating from college, This last semester I took photography and other graphic design classes. I thought it would be a good thing to purchase a monthly subscription up untill I graduated. Using Adobe has been fun and easy up untill now. Noticing the recent $20 charge, I decided I should cancell since I won't be using the apps as often as I used to. While trying to cancell it shows I'll have to pay a $79 cancelation fee. As a graduate, I am not wealthy and cannot afford to pay these fees. As a student, I barely know what an annual is and honestly I didn't even know that's what I was signing up for. I thought this was just a monthly subscription. What can I do?

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription
-You also need to know that a subscription renews AUTOMATICALLY if you do not cancel during your 12th month
-there are so many people who miss the details that Nancy O'Shea added red arrows
-see the Nancy O'Shea message dated 3-22-2023 (with big red arrows) in this message

you can contact support and claim..., i'm not sure what you can claim. ignorance is the usual bottom line but saying "..i barely know what an annual is.."
well, think of something more intelligent to say to adobe support, or just pay the cancellation fee because you came out ahead by purchasing the annual and canceling early vs the monthly subscription with no cancellation fee.
