What error message do you see when you try to use it? What software package does this involve... are you sure you are trying to install the correct package? Are you sure you are using the correct serial number?
I bought Adobe Design andWeb Premium in 2013. I have used it many times over the years. I decided to use the photography software from CC for the last 3 years. Now when I try to rinstall cs6 it only shows3 programs in creative Cloud Manager and will not allowany of them to open. Can some one pleasehelp. My serial number isthe one I copied from my account on Adobe because I bought thedigital downloasd.
As soon as you install any part of the Cloud, even a trial, it replaces your program management system -if you plan to keep using a serial number program you should NOT install a Cloud program, not even a trial -Read Cloud takes over https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Get-off-the-cloud/td-p/8075485 for some ideas
What MAY work is to remove everything Adobe and then only install CS6
