Hi Ram,

I apologize for the trouble and the experience with the support.

Thank you for providing the case reference number as I was able to review the chat you had and it confirms that the subscription was canceled successfully.

However, it seems to be a technical glitch which can be rectified.

I am escalating the case to the concerned team so that they can contact you and fix the issue for you.

Appreciate your patience.

Regards,

Sheena

I have the same issue. I deleted my subscription but still from my credit card account the funds are debited. So I don't know how I could do more. I finished my subscription by the end of 2021 and still, my funds are taken. Please help me and return my money.

I trialed a free trial 3 months ago to and then requested that I not be charged going forward as I no longer needed the product. I was informed that I would be refunded what was debited from my account however the debit order continues to go off my bank account. Please can this be sorted out.

these are user forums, and you need to contact adobe support.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
