My trial for Photoshop CC ended a split-second after pressing "Try Out"

I downloaded Photoshop CC and when I started it, it didn't load; so I went to the CC app and it said: "Try Out". That was probably why it didn't load. Anyway, the moment I pressed the button, some orange text appeared and it said "Trial Expired". The trial is supposed to be 7 days IIRC, and even if not, 0.25 seconds isn't remotely enough.

there's nothing easy (eg, you can reformat your hd, reinstall your os and then start a trial) that you can do to correct that on the problematic computer.  you can start a trial on another computer.
