I've spoken to someone from namecheap who stated everything is propogated and done correctly on their end but adobe doesn't seem to know whats going on after a week of speaking back and forth with them. I keep receiving this error and am not sure what to do. I didn't have this probleam last year but I believe I bought the same domain through adobe. This year bought the same domain through namecheap and now it is having trouble connecting. Please advise if this has happened to you and how to fix this.

same issue years later, adobe portfolios just seems to be really poorly made...

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
