Necesito poder instalar el paquete de fotografia clásico , no puedo .

estoy tratando de instalar mi cuenta de creative cloud y me aparece un error en el TI  Y no me permite instalar los programas en la macbook pro la mia es del 2013 pero necesito hacerlo y no puedo me podrian ayudar a solucionar no se que hacer .
