Need Advice: Upgrading from MacOS Mojave to Monterey (10.14.6 to 12.0.1)

I am upgrading my MacBook Pro from Mojave to Monterey (10.14.6 to 12.0.1). I have the Adobe CC Photography Subscription, so CC and Apps are up to date, but I show at least 21 Adobe Apps that are 32 bit, which will be incompatible with Monterey.

What is the best way to proceed -- without loosing data and settings in Photoshop and Lightroom Classic, but also removing all the old / leftover Adobe software?
