Hi there! I've installed the trial version of adobe creative cloud on PC, but no longer want the program since I don't use it. I'm wondering if there's a quick and simple way to deactivate and/or delete my account? (since I haven't been able to find that information) thank you in advance!

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

I have two versions on my computer under two email addresses. I have a fully subscribed Pro account and a trial account under a gmail address. When I try to use the fully subscribed Pro version the expired trial version is loaded. I cannot find any way to delete the trial version.

1 - sign OUT of your trial account AFTER you cancel so your credit card is not charged

-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee
--this is cancelling AFTER the trial converts to paid and BEFORE the end of the subscription
2 - use the cleaner to remove all traces of the programs installed with the trial account

3 - sign IN to your paid account
