when i try to update cc or install adobe apps or reach storage it show up this error code 119 : ther was problem . Server not responding check your internet and firewall setting and press retry .
i tried all internet solutions :
1- i disabeled firewall
2- tried cmd order
3- reinstalled windows
and my net is good and still have the same problem . please i need help

to test your default browser's tls you can use , https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
otherwise, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
do you see both logos after clicking "link"?
if you can and still see a connection error try these steps, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html
if those fail, make sure you also tried the steps at, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html
if those all fail, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

but still have the same problem it shows error codes :119-116
there's error code 119 and there's error code 116. if you're seeing both, explain.
somtimes it shows error code 119 and sometimes it shows 116 .
i installed windows 11 and now the problem is fixed . the problem happened with windows 10
but i hope adobe fix this
