Need Serial Numbers assigned to new account

Somehow Adobe deleted the account my serial numbers were tied to Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and Adobe Phoshop Elements 15. I need to get them on a new account so I can use them. I called support and they told me to post here.

there are several possible ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,

I already know the serial numbers. The adobe account the serial numbers were tied to no longer exists. I didn't delete it so I'm not sure how that happened. The problem is, since the account is deleted and the serial numbers are tied to that account, when I tried to register the serial numbers to a different account it tells me they are already in use. It does me no good if they are in use with a delete account. I need to transfer the serial numbers from a deleted account to a working account so I can use the products I paid for.

you only need the serial numbers, the installation files and a compatible computer.  registration is no longer possible or needed.

Where do I get the installers for those two products? when I go here : https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html it says to get them from the adobe account, which has been deleted.

save the install file. it may not remain online.

I called support back, they said that I couldn't install with just the serial number, I have to log in with the account. They can't reactivate the old account, they have to send me an email for me to reply with proof of purchase from an email with an adobe account I want to add them to.

that makes no sense.  what do you see when you start one of the installations after entering your serial number?

If you manage to get a download keep it, Adobe are shutting these things down and you may not be able to get it again. Keep it safe! Keeping it on your computer alone is NOT safe.. because you will likely need these files after your computer breaks.
