Need the password you don't know to change the password.

I need to change the password for Adobe because I don't know my password. What idiot app asks me to write the password I don't know as a condition to change my password.

I've been paying over $30 per month for nearly one year. I can't wait for it to be over.

Will never use it again or recommend it to anyone.

when starting to sign in, click forgot password.

Where are you seeing that? Adobe password resets don't rely on you entering your old password in order to reset your password.
