You do not transfer programs, you do a new install

If you are asking about CS6 or earlier, put your disc in the drive to do a new install

You first install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, downloaded from the Main Adobe website (adobe.com) and from that app you install the Adobe programs that your subscription is for.
