New Apple Laptop with M3

Hello, When will Creative Cloud be supported the New Apple Laptop with M3 max chip? My old laptop is dying and I need CC to work on my new laptop. Thank you.

Hi Jeff, None of them will open via Desktop on my new laptop. Not even the Apple "geniuss" could get them to run. Please advise. I really need to work from my new laptop. Thank you

It sounds like the apps were copied to the computer, Kristen. Try following the instructions listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/apple-silicon-m1-chip.html and run the CC Cleaner tool to try to remove the Intel applications from your new M3 computer. Once the incompatible apps and files are removed, then you should have more success.

Please feel free to update this public forum discussion if you have any questions as you use the CC Cleaner Tool and then install the current version of the Adobe applications through the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
