Hello, My card has been blocked and I've made payment information for the new card I received. But there is still a message at the opening of the software that the payment was not honored. When I click on "Try Again", it says: "Wait a few minutes" that takes about an hour. what can we do?
Did you try to sign out and sign in again (a reboot in between does not harm)? Sometimes new situations are not immediately perceived by the software.
