Hello John, My new laptop has Adobe reader X. I wanted to watch a basketball game but I'm told to get Adobe Flash. At first I came here to download it but was not able to. Do you have an idea of what the problem might be ?

Hi John, I downloaded the first of what looks like two of the same e-mails you gave me. I did not get a link to Adobe Flash Player. Also still was unable to watch the game. I thank you for your help. I will contact you in the future. Have a nice day.

Search in Google for "adobe flash player" and you'll get a link immediately.

What version of Adobe Reader or Acrobat Reader do you have, exactly? Please don't say "latest", looking for the actual version number like 11.3.23 or 2016.123.98765.

What do you want to upgrade? You hijacked a thread from 2013. A lot of what has been talked about is no more valid today (Flash is gone!).
If you want to upgrade an Adobe product, Adobe offers upgrades to the latest version only. If you are using a product that is still available under a perpetual licence (consumer products like Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements) and Acrobat (Acrobat 2020): https://www.adobe.com/products/catalog.html#category=pdf
