hola , hace uno dias formatee la computadora hoy al querer instalar adobe creative cloud se me quedo trabado en 5% ya probe con el creative tool y nada , tambien probe con otras cuentas y tampoco nada . alguna solucion? desde ya gracias!

There could be some restrictions on the network you are connected to. You may try download the Creative cloud desktop application using the direct download link How to download Creative Cloud desktop app. If that also fails then I recommend try using another Internet connection may be connect your machine with your mobile Hotspot and check if that works.

Hi Ivor,

Is the installation of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app stuck at 5% or is it one or more of the apps?

If it is the Creative Cloud Desktop app that is stuck, try the solutions in this help document: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app​. You mentioned running the creative tool, by which I assume you mean the Creative Cloud cleaner tool, but perhaps one of the other fixes would help.

You can also try temporarily disabling your antivirus and firewall and ensuring you have a good internet connection (Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications ). This is especially helpful if the issue is an an individual app that is stuck at 5%.

If none of that helps, reply to this discussion with any more details you can provide, including your computer operating system, and we'll go from there.
