No Adobe Application Runs on my PC!!

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but, here goes.

Adobe Applications will not run on my PC (Windows 10). NONE. Not the programs, not the uninstallers, not the CC installer, not the CC cleaner tool that is supposed to remove all Adobe programs. Tried Administrator mode, still nothing. Had to remove system files manually then fixed registers so everything was completely gone. But CC installer and CC cleaner tool still not working. Admin or not. I don't know what to do. I recently had a problem with Windows and had to go to a past system state, that wasn't even a week from restore. I don't know what happened. I'm pretty sure I removed all Adobe files, but still installer is not working!

If you have uninstalled all Addor software and nothing works not even the most basic installers than it may be time to reinstall the whole system from scratch. It looks like you messed up something when removing system files and editing registry manually.
