NO apps panel/tab on ACC !

my ACC doesn't show apps tab, which i think the reason why i cant download any of adobe products !

Yes, it is

There are two Library folders on Macs. One is hidden. Are you accessing the correct one?

i found the file (serviceconfig.xml) in the NOT hidden library

but its locked so I can't change the "false" to the "true"

Unlocking should be easy enough.

In Finder, can you click on the file then File > Get Info, uncheck the Locked box.

but it wasnt that easy, i went to the (sharing & permission) tab of the config folder and add my account + change the permission to read&write and then did the same thing to the serviceconfig.xml file to be able to edit and save

Glad you got it working. Did the simpler Get Info method not work for you?

No, in the general tab of Get Info the locked box was locked  i mean it was grey and i couldnt check or uncheck, but as i said i went to the sharing & permission tab in Get Info and changed the permission for the folder (config) and the file (serviceconfig)
