No download history showing in account.

Hi all,

I purchased and downloaded Lightroom a couple of years ago, and have been using it frequently and now can't imagine life without it.
Last weekend following a crash from my MacBook Pro, I needed to install a new hard-drive and lost all the data that hadn't been backed up, which, I found out belatedly, included my emails.
I have today visited my Adobe account to re-download to my new hard drive but find that my account shows no download history and therefore no record of my previous purchase.
Is there any other way of proving my purchase and being able to download something I've already paid for.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

you can still download per above.

you can probably recover your serial number if you don't have it:

you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:

1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6):,

    a. you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com

    b. you can check with adobe support* (be prepared to give the email address used when registering purchasing)

2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial n

As you have mentioned you would like to download and install and Adobe Lightroom which you purchased previously, however you are unable to locate your purchase under your account.

Do you have any other Adobe ID (email address) on which you might have registered your purchase? if yes, then please try signing in with that on www.adobe.com and check.

You may also refer to the following help documents: Find downloaded apps and files,  Adobe ID account and sign-in troubleshooting.

Thanks for the advice guys, my issue is I can find no record of me having downloaded Lr, lost the email confirmations in hard-drive change, never had physical  copy of details or app and no record in download history. Understandably with that scenario they aren't gonna give me my serial number, I can't blame them.

Back- up, I must remember to back up!
