I am beyond appalled about how I'm struggling to renew my subscription for Creative Cloud. I skipped monthly payment for January because I had financial struggles. Then at some point, when I open an Adobe app, it tells me that I only have a few days left to continue using Adobe. There's a 'Renew' button of which I clicked. It only brings me to the Adobe Plans page. When I click Buy Now from a package, it tells me that I still have a 1 year contract with Adobe and that I should contact support.
I already edited my payment details; used a new credit card that has actual credits to pay off for the month of January. I clicked submit. The next day, I still get a warning when I open an app. This time, I contact Chat Support. It tells me to do what I have already done; updating my payment details. I told them that I already did and they just keep on telling me to update it. We've been at it for more than an hour and chat support IS NOT HELPING.
Chat support is USELESS and WORTHLESS. It's like I'm talking to a bot. For more than an hour, customer service can't resolve my simple problem. I only have 2 days left to use Adobe and my bill comes at the 14th. I can't afford to not use Adobe for 10 days because I use Adobe for schooling!
I hope someone can actually help solve my problem.

i passed your message on to an adobe staff member. they are the only ones that can help you (and they'll be badged with 'staff' where mine says acp). give no personal info to no non-adobe staff.
