NO logro cancelar la versión de prueba o suscripción de Adobe. NO me aparece la opción para hacerlo, ya hice todos los pasos y no tengo habilitada la opción de cancelar mi suscripción de prueba. ¿Suele ser asi? ¿saben si el plan se deshabilita automáticamente?

No logro cancelar mi suscripción, no tengo la opción de hacerlo. Sigo todos los pasos correctamente con el centro de ayuda y nada. ¿saben si se anula la suscripción automáticamente como dice en la imágen que anexé?

 

¿Existe algún email para contactarse directamente con el centro de ayuda?
