Hello. I cannot write to the support service in my account, it shows me a mistake and offers other options for solving the problem.
I paid for the service 50 $ September 23. I was charged again 50 $ for the service on October 1. I wrote in support after this and apologized for the inconvenience. They said that the money will return after 7 working days. But the money never came. Why?

I cleaned the cache on Google Chrome, and Opera, installed firefox, but when I tried to select a call to support, then a message appears.
"Something went wrong. Try again or contact us by phone , on Twitter , or in the community forums while we work on fixing this."

There seams really to be an intermittent problem contacting Adobe.I suggest you wait some time before retrying.
