It has been over 3 months since i purchased the student package for all applications. Initially i was able to download Photoshop to one of my computers however now that i want to download onto another computer i log into my account and it displays that i dont have a plan even though they've been charging my account every month. I need this to be resolved immediately as this is essentially Adobe stealing from me since they have not given me my product. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to fix this problem? The customer service was useless as they hardly understand English and do not know how to resolve the problem.

Hi Ladyewell,
I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here and found that you have an active Creative Cloud all apps subscription registered to it.
Please check if you are logged in with the same email address on the Adobe website.
Or, you may directly download the CC desktop app on your machine from the following link: How to download Creative Cloud desktop app.
Once installed you can use the CC desktop app to install your CC app, see: Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
Let us know if this helps.

I was already advised to do this and this does not fix my problem. The problem is not my computer it is the account itself. Because it does not show the purchase I made. Therefore I am unable to use any of the products.

Once you install the apps, do they show as a trial?
Can you share a screenshot of your CC desktop app, see: FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?
