I purchased the annual Creative Cloud package.The amount has been debited from the bank account but the order is shown as "order in process"I haven't gotten any mail and the order history in my account is showing empty.

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
