No puedo instalar Ninguna aplicación de Adobe

Hoy adquiri la licencia de adobe, deacargue los archivos de a web, photoshop, after effects y creative cloud y NO ME DEJA INSTALAR NINGUNO, lo ejecuto como administrador y simplemente no hace nada, no me da ningun mensaje de error, simplemente no se ejecuta, inente descargarlos desde otra pc y si me dejo entonces el problema esta en mi PC pincipal, ya inente usar el CleanerTool de Adobe, cambiar configuracion de Antivirus y Firewall, tambien cambie de usuario a un usuario administrador y no funciona nada, alguien que pueda ayudarme?

 do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

No tengo instalada la aplicacion de Creative Cloud, nunca he podido instalarla por lo que los primeros 2 pasos no los puedo hacer, lo de el cleanertool tambien ya lo hice unas 3 veces, reinicio la computadora y nada, sigue sin funcionar, ya repare los visual c++ y nada, el problema esta en que ejecuto el set-up de cualquier programa de Adobe y solo carga el circulo azul pero no abre nada, abro el administrador de tareas para ver que es lo que pasa y cuando abro el instalador veo como se muestra el proceso en el administrador de tareas pero al instante se cierra y lo marca como ''suspendido'' pero como ya lo dije anteriormente, nunca marca una codigo de error, no sale ninguna ventana

Simplemente lo descargo, me deja el ejecutable en .exe, lo muevo de la carpeta de descargas a mi escritorio y lo ejecuto como administrador, me pregunta que si estoy seguro de ejecutarlo, doy el permiso y despues de eso no pasa nada, no carga nada ni se abre nada
