I am so sick of this now I'm tempted to get a lawyer involved.
My account ran dry and Adobe told me to change my plan or update my payment details so I did both. I changed the plan to a student one (the exact same plan but back to the original student price I was paying not the max amount) then updated my card details back to the same.
Guess what? They took 2 payments! No problem I thought to myself, I'll just contact them and sort it all out, that was last month and was promised a refund. After a week or so went by I contact them and then again and then again for them to tell me, my bank is blocking a refund. Have you ever heard such utter rubbish in your life!? A bank blocking money?! I have the transcripts and I want my money back. How do I get s non Indian call centre to contact me so I can get my money back as it seems to be a script they repeat with no actual outcome.
Thanks, if this isn't resolved soon I think I'll use other programs instead and never use Adobe again, they can take your money but giving it back seems to be impossible. Worst customer experience of my life.
I had to phone them in the end, then after a lengthy conversation telling me my bank is declining the refund (which it is not as i've spoken and had a bank manager check my account) This went on for several minuetes back and forth, until i pressured the person to send it to my paypal, then in a last ditch attempt to try not refunding me, I had to ask several times for confirmation of a refund in writing and waited until it was in my inbox.
Beyond a joke! And if you check the forum here i'm not th

It might not be rubbish. My bank detected suspicious activity from a would-be hacker once and froze ALL account transactions -- incoming & outgoing. Before rushing to judgement, you should contact your bank and find out what's going on.

I've been into my bank, I spoke to the manager, he said it was ridiculous to claim they had blocked a refund. They checked my account, nothing of the nature had been issued to my bank at all.

Possibly Adobe is trying to credit the wrong account? I can ask an Adobe Staff member to contact you directly by private message if you like.

I've reached out to an Adobe Staffer but hang tight until after the weekend when they return to work.

Beyond a joke! And if you check the forum here i'm not the only one who is getting ignored for refunds.
