They wouldn't let me cancel the free subscription without paying the $84 so I went ahead and paid thinking I would get a refund but I haven't gotten anything or used any of the services. I have no access to the services to even use them despite paying for them. How do I contact Adobe to get a refund??

So if you had cancelled within 14 days of your subscription you were not meant to pay the cancellation charges at all. Please contact support and reference this document to ask why you were charged in the first place and why is the refund help up.
