No se abre Photoshop desde Creative Cloud Desktop

Me di de alta como usuario de prueba. Desde Creative Cloud Desktop he instalado Lighroom y Photoshop.

Lighroom funciona, pero Photoshop, aunque aparece en a lista como instalado no se abre, no hace absolutamente nada. Por otro lado, si entro a  través de la web https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop con mi usuario Photoshop no aparaece en la lista de programas instalados.

Qué está fallando? Cómo puedo solucionarlo?

Tengo W10. Lo he solucionado instalando una versión de Photoshop anterior. La última es la que no me funcionaba. Gracias.
