Getting really fed up now.  Every time there is a CC update I get put on a trial period and it tells me there is no subscription found when I try to log in.  I have changed the password but still no luck.  Last time I spoke to someone at Adobe via chat who sorted this out but I cannot find how to chat to someone now. Feel like closing my account and looking for other software now as this is the third time in six months since I started my subscription.  Can someone help pease?

Hi Kevinp716153,

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you. As you have mentioned your CC apps revert to trial every now and then, it could be because of any security software or browser add-on installed on your machine.

Please turn off any anti-virus, system firewall, system optimizer, internet, and browser security software or add-on's installed on your machine and after this try the steps given in the following help document: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase.
